1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
A return request can only be submitted after your item has been delivered
The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached
Items may be tried on, but must show no signs of wear
Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
2. Return Process

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner
Items must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable international shipping costs, customs fees, or handling charges
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery
3. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
This includes international shipping fees, customs charges, and any import or handling costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued through your original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
We reserve the right to deduct any costs if items are returned damaged, worn, or incomplete
5. Responsibility & Shipping Details
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details
Any address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return
